So ”they” told you to exercise to burn off your food...

Serena and Susan discuss why diet culture wants you to think you need to burn off your food. Diet culture wants your control, they tell what food is "good" or "bad" and that if you don't burn it off you are going to gain weight because you can't control yourself around food.
